Sub-processors

These are the third-party providers we use to run Lapas, under our Data Processing Agreement. They are split by what each one actually touches, because that is the distinction that matters and most such pages hide it.
Providers that touch your files
One. The drawings you upload and the cut files we return are processed and stored only here.

Providers that touch your account, not your files
These handle billing, email, monitoring and the marketing site. None of them receives the content of your drawings.

Analytics and advertising
Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta Platforms (Pixel and Conversions API) and Microsoft (Clarity) receive usage events and hashed identifiers. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these activate only after you accept them; elsewhere you can opt out. See the Privacy Policy. They never receive file content.
Transfers outside the EU
Your files are processed in the EU. Where a provider above is outside it, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Changes to this list
We give at least 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing a sub-processor, to the address on your account. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate and we refund any unused prepaid balance.
